Great purchase, hitch was used but no way to tell, it was in perfect condition. Fit my 2004 Jeep Gr. Cherokee perfect and it was really simple to put on, put it on myself with the help of someone to hold it in place and it was on in less than an hour, looks really good on there. I am very happy with the purcahse which went a lot smoother than I expected it to. I had the hitch in only 3 days almost a week sooner than I expected.

I am usually pleased with what I purchase through Amazon but not with this hitch. The mounting holes on the right side did not line up with the holes on the frame of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Left side holes were fine. I really needed a hitch because we are in the process of moving, so this turned into a big set-back and a huge waste of time.

I installed this hitch. It was easy, but be prepared to deal with nuts that might be corroded, loose or filled with rust. I watched a video on YouTube about installation problems, then I got a plumber's steel brush to ream out the nut that was filled with rust and dirt. After a lot of arm twisting (literally), the brush did the trick. The bolt tightened down to the proper torque pressure. The hitch looks great on my truck!
