Product arrived on time but was missing some key components. 1) The instructions did not at all match the product I purchased. 2) The instructions refer to a mounting bracket and there was NO mounting bracket of any sort in the package. 3) The machine screws for the mounting bracket were not in the package, I guess they were left wherever the bracket was left.
It looks as though it would be an attractive fixture if there were any reasonable way for me to attach it to the wall.
I bought another fixture from the same series and it was also missing several parts, including the screw on collar that holds the glass on the fixture so it does not fall off and break all over the floor. Using parts from this one and the other I was able to hang only ONE of the two fixtures I purchased, and it was not this one.
I called the manufacturer, Thomas Lighting, and they were not the least bit helpful and suggested I contact whoever I bought it from since it sounded like a manufacturing problem. When did the distributor become responsible for manufacturing problems? Clearly a Thomas Lighting company product should be supported by Thomas Lighting. I am VERY UN-impressed by the quality and service, especially given the price. I asked that they register me as dissatisfied and pass my feedback along.

My husband and I hesitated to buy this light after reading a couple of unfavorable reviews. However, we went ahead and purchased it because we liked the look and needed something that would come out from the wall over a surface mounted medicine cabinet. Mounting it was very easy--and we are not very "handy" people. The directions were easy to follow. We even managed to get the light fixture level, which is a small miracle for us. Our only complaint is that the holes in the mounting plate are not level when the fixture is attached. In other words, if you make the mounting plate screws level, the fixture won't end up being level. Fortunately, we checked that before we took the two pieces apart, so we factored that in when we attached the mounting plate to the wall. Overall, we're very satisfied, and the light looks great over our surface mounted medicine cabinet.

We purchased this for a bathroom that we are re-finishing and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The instructions were easy to follow, and all necessary parts were included. The light fixture seems to be of a good quality - much better than lights that we had looked at in the local Lowes and Home Depot. Installation was very straight forward - I highly recommend this light based upon my experience. As an additional bonus, we received this item one day after ordering.
